  1. This article is good news!
Although there are still many problems, but according to youtube, Japanese day care system gets better and better.
On the other hand, this article says day-care center dosen`t contribute to decreasing the number of children who wait to get into publicly certified nursery schools, and therefore, we should think of what measure is good for this problem.

  2. Surely, It is good for Japan that the number of children waiting to get into publicly certified nursery schools decreased. But, we have trouble of child care for the time being. For Japan, it is natural that both parents have full time jobs and they have a nuclear family. With building additional publicly certified nursery schools, we need to reexamine the labor for the nuclear families.

  3. This issue is argued for long and it is very difficult problem. This news is good for them. However, there are so many walls to solve this issue. Economic is in recession and more parents will go work outside so that they have to put children in nursery schools. I hope government would help to solve the issue.

  4. Why do you think the number of waiting children has decreased? And why should there be any waiting children at all? Shouldn't there be a place in a nursery school for every child that needs childcare? It is hard for me to understand that. In any case, conditions for nursery school workers need to be improved or the country will be in even bigger trouble.
Could you suggest an action plan?
